Regione Veneto: contributi per le attività di Ricerca, sviluppo tecnologico e innovazione
Intendi investire in Ricerca e Sviluppo?
La Regione Veneto ha stanziato 10 milioni di euro per incentivare i progetti di Ricerca e Sviluppo portati avanti da aggregazioni di aziende con unità operativa in Veneto, con la collaborazione di un Organismo di Ricerca qualificato.
L’obiettivo è migliorare la competitività delle aziende e favorire la logica di Open Innovation per rendere più efficiente ed efficace la Ricerca e Sviluppo.
Qual è il contributo?
Il beneficio consiste in un contributo a fondo perduto fino € 350.000, a copertura del 50% delle spese ammissibili.
Il contributo è cumulabile con altri incentivi pubblici!
Chi può ottenere il contributo?
Possono accedere al contributo le imprese che:
- sono regolarmente iscritte al Registro delle Imprese;
- aventi l’unità operativa, o le unità operative, in cui si realizza il progetto imprenditoriale, in Veneto.
Le imprese devono presentare la domanda in forma aggregata, nel numero minimo di 3, al fine di sviluppare un progetto strategico comune di ricerca, sviluppo tecnologico e innovazione.
Può far parte dell’aggregazione anche una grande impresa che può assumere il ruolo di capofila; invece, è obbligatoria la collaborazione di un Organismo di Ricerca. In questo modo, si favorisce il collegamento tra il mondo dell’industria e le competenze che si sviluppano nei luoghi della Ricerca (università e centri ricerca).
Le imprese possono liberamente scegliere la tipologia di aggregazione: sono ammissibili i consorzi, le reti di imprese, le ATI (Associazioni Temporanee di Imprese) ma anche le ATS (Associazioni Temporanee di Scopo).
Quali sono le spese ammissibili?
Sono ammissibili i progetti di ricerca industriale e sviluppo sperimentale, riferiti alla realizzazione e al miglioramento di prodotti, processi e servizi e allo sviluppo di tecnologie innovative sostenibili.
L’agevolazione è prevista per le seguenti spese:
- strumenti e attrezzature;
- personale dipendente direttamente impiegato nell’attività di Ricerca;
- consulenze specialistiche e servizi esterni:
- spese per la realizzazione di un prototipo;
- know-how e brevetti, quali, ad esempio, spese per acquisizione di risultati di ricerca e i brevetti acquistati o ottenuti in licenza;
- spese generali;
- spese per garanzie.
Il progetto deve essere realizzato successivamente alla data di presentazione della domanda ed entro il 1 febbraio 2021.
Quando è possibile presentare la domanda?
Le domande di contributo possono essere presentate a partire dal 18 giugno 2019 e fino alle ore 13.00 del 2 agosto 2019.
Eidon Lab S.c.a.r.l. è un Organismo di Ricerca qualificato per essere partner di Ricerca e guida in un progetto di Ricerca finanziato al 50% dalla Regione.
EIDON Lab è iscritta ad INNOVENETO come Organismo di Ricerca.
